How does SkinPen work?

When will I see results?

You’ll see an improvement after one treatment, but the optimal number of treatments depends on the condition you’re seeking to address. Some conditions may require 3 treatments, while others require a minimum of 6 treatments.

Procedures are usually spaced 4 weeks apart. Clients usually begin to see the initial results within a week of their first procedure. Radiant skin is apparent as the deeper skin continues its natural healing process.

Is SkinPen a safe procedure?

Yes, SkinPen is approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration. The tip of the pen holds a series of tiny surgical steel needles which pierce the skin. The needle cartridge is disposable and individual to each client, and the SkinPen itself is designed to minimise the risk of contamination.

What should I expect following my treatment?

There may be pinpoint bleeding and/or bruising for a couple of days. Within a few days, you will notice a smoother, brighter and more radiant appearance – however, the full effects of the treatment do not appear until several months later.
